How to enable improved Siri voice?

Hi.

I've got my iPhone 7 Plus.

How do I enable the higher quality of Siri's voice in my language (Norwegian)?

I do remember Siri having a much more clear and crisp voice on my iPhone 6 (with iOS 9).

The voice now sounds like it has been "smoothed" out, much like how the old Voice Control feature sounded like back in the days. Like how the voice-over sounds on a Mac before you've downloaded the additional enhanched voice-over quality.

Is this a changed feature of iOS 10 or is it possible to have the clear and crisp voice back?
